Our super aromatic premium spices come from small farmers in India and Cambodia. They are grown with the utmost care and traditional know-how and are harvested and sorted by hand. There is a high level of biodiversity on the plantations, which are operated according to organic principles. Many rare bird species feel at home there, which is why each of our spices has a rare bird on it the label.
