Description

Bokhur means incense mixture in Arabic. We buy our incense mixtures locally in the Sultanate of Oman. Traditionally they are made by hand by women according to traditional recipes based on grated agarwood or sandalwood with aromatic oils. Every family has its own recipe, which is closely guarded. You can place the incense mixtures dry in the aroma lamp (a little more than a pinch of salt for cooking) and the warmth of the tea light will release the fragrances. As a variant, you can of course also burn the bokhur in the “classic” way on charcoal. The contents of the can are sufficient for 30-50 smoking sessions.
