Description

The splendid round meditation cushion has an elaborate seven-colored Om Mandala embroidery. OM, the original sound, is defined in traditional Hindu texts as follows:

"Om is the bow - the mind is the arrow - Brahman, the Absolute, the goal. Draw the bow by repeating the Om with concentration, aiming at attaining Brahman. Then let it go. Through the power of the arc OM, your thinking and feeling become one with Brahman, the Absolute!”

The classic round meditation cushion supports you in meditation and yoga. The wide seat enables you to sit comfortably in an upright position in various positions (kneeling, lotus position, cross-legged). The fine organic spelt husks adapt perfectly to the shape of the body. You can remove the filling from the inner cushion and refill it later, so your meditation cushion gets the desired seat height.

Application: The bottom of the pillow can be opened at the drawstring. The inner part has a wide tube so that you can adjust the individual seat height by removing or adding spelt. The filling made of high-quality German organic spelt is purely vegetable, hygienic and compostable
